About the role:
Here, you’ll join a structured, scalable-engineering team that collaborates across ML, data and product functions — and enjoys a culture that is open, flexible and far from traditional corporate rigidity.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build backend systems that power AI/ML workflows and GenAI-based agents.
- Develop tools and platforms for model training, deployment, observability and monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with ML scientists, data engineers and product teams to integrate AI features into real-world systems.
- Ensure reliability, scalability and performance of the infrastructure — while maintaining flexibility to adopt the best tools and frameworks (Python, AWS, etc.).
- Grow in understanding ML systems, pipelines and infrastructure, while owning meaningful components and contributing to major platforms.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-4 years of software engineering experience (backend-oriented) or relevant internship/project experience.
- Strong fundamentals in software design, coding and distributed systems (Python is preferred).
- Demonstrated curiosity about ML/AI systems, pipelines or infrastructure. MLOps experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfort working cross-functionally with ML, data & product teams.
- Self-starter mentality — eager to learn, iterate and own components.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or comparable experience.
