"At NetApp, we fully embrace and advance a diverse, inclusive global workforce with a culture of belonging that leverages the backgrounds and perspectives of all employees, customers, partners, and communities to foster a higher performing organization." -George Kurian, CEO Job Requirements * Creative and analytical approach to problem solving and analysis. * Familiarity of concepts of computer architecture, data structures, standard programming practices, and cloud technologies. * Proficient programmer and have experience with basic programming and computing concepts: * Object Oriented Programming * Python, Perl, Golang etc. * Git, Perforce, etc. * Basic Linux administration * Testing Tools and methodology Technical experience in at least one of the following advanced programming and computing concepts: * AI/ML * Containers * Service-based architectures * Continuous integration * Resource management ### Teamwork and Collaboration * Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet goals with high-quality standards. * Ability to follow engineering principles and practices, but also able to develop new methods and approaches to solving unique and difficult problems. * Solid oral and written communication skills, with the ability to share ideas with NetApp teams around the world. ### Responsibilities: * Responsible for a mix of structured and unstructured tasks. * Apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving routine to complex problems. * Working with teams across the company in problem solving and design efforts. ### Qualifications * A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, master’s degree is a plus * Minimum of 2 years of software development experience, 3 years is preferred * Strong aptitude for learning new technologies Did you know… Statistics show women apply to jobs only when they’re 100% qualified.
