Overview

Talento has partnered with a Global CPG company seeking a Social Media Manager for a 3–6-month Contract. We’re looking for a strategic storyteller who lives and breathes digital culture, someone who can balance data and creativity to build communities, spark conversations, and drive measurable growth across four distinct brands.


Responsibilities

  • Organize, track, and maintain a content calendar.
  • Write compelling, on-brand copy for social posts, stories and campaigns for four (4) Brands.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce engaging visual assets.
  • Ensure tone, voice, and messaging remain consistent across platforms.
  • Monitor, moderate, and engage with followers across all platforms for four assigned Brands.
  • Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions in a timely, on-brand and professional manner.
  • Connect the dots between Customer Service support through social channels.
  • Participate in community engagement during nights/weekends as needed (rotating schedule).
  • Manage content libraries and ensure assets are properly labeled, tagged, and accessible.
  • Support coordination between internal teams and freelancers/agencies for content delivery.
  • Track performance metrics and audience insights across platforms.
  • Own social KPIs for designated channels, ensuring continuous growth, engagement and measurable business outcomes.
  • Prepare monthly reports summarizing engagement trends, key learnings and recommendations.
  • Use data to inform future strategy and content optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, new trends and emerging platforms.
  • Assist in developing and refining short-term and long-term social strategies.
  • Contribute ideas for campaigns that drive engagement, awareness and conversions.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing social media accounts (brand, agency or freelance).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Suite).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Availability for occasional nights/weekends as it pertains to channel management


Hourly Pay Rate: $45-$50/hr
