Overview

Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a Social Analyst L2 who led digital campaigns for the assigned advertisers (billing support, setup, taxonomy creation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting) for multiple social platforms such as Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Tik TokTikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Reddit. The ideal candidate has independence and focus on quality and is eager to grow together with more than 5.000 employees of Publicis Global Delivery in the world. Responsibilities

  • Setup social campaigns, within each required platform, following agency and advertiser guidelines.
  • Run weekly status calls with internal stakeholders providing performance and pacing strategies.
  • Monitoring the health of your campaigns, ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, website conversions, bid management, and ad creative based on performance history and the client's objectives.
  • Ensuring the quality of deliverables and campaign set up within the social media platforms.
  • Proactively makes suggestions and troubleshoots issues.
  • Maintain daily communication with the client’s campaign managers.
  • Report any issues that can spark within the operation promptly.
  • Deliver recommendations, execution & analysis of beta tests, new platforms, optimization strategies and vendors
  • Assist to Social and Digital media training sessions and complete the required certification and updates
  • Connect daily with global account team over email, IM and/or video conference as necessary to ensure flawless execution of deliverables.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and regularly communicate them to client.
  • Help develop documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team and the group.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends through advertising and media journals and recognized marketing source.
  • Generate powerful insights that add value to campaign performance and focus on better results.

Qualifications

Must require:

  • English B2+ or Above
  • Intermediate social media campaign management/optimization knowledge.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Result oriented skills.
  • Attention to details skills.
  • Analytical skills. 
  • Technical savvy and specifically skilled in any digital vertical.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one social media platform while showing a good understanding of the overall media landscape (Meta, twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, Tik Tok for Business).
  • Intermediate Excel Knowledge.

Good to have:

  • Strong knowledge in one of the following fields: Community Management Media planning Media Buying Creative strategy
  • Ad Serving Tools: GCM, Sizmek. 
  • Bidding Management Tools: Marin, Kenshoo, 4C.  
  • Verification Tools: IAS - MOAT.
