- Plan and conduct soccer training sessions for players of various ages and skill levels
- Teach fundamental soccer skills, techniques, and strategies
- Develop and implement practice drills and game plans
- Provide guidance and feedback to players to help them improve their performance
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive learning environment
- Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions and games
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding player progress and team updates
- Attend team meetings, coaching clinics, and workshops to enhance coaching skills

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in soccer and working with children
- Knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage behavior and maintain discipline during training sessions and games
- Patience and enthusiasm for working with children of all ages
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
