Options Resourcing are working with a subcontractor sporting a history of delivering complex commercial projects, providing dependable construction and management solutions that are tailored to the needs of modern businesses. They are looking to recruit a Site Engineer to temporarily join their Chester team for 20 weeks at a recycling centre starting on the 7th of July.
You would be an ideal candidate for this role if you have demonstrable experience with groundwork and civils engineering as you will be installing the concrete slab along with draining and attenuation tanks.
Also, helping to run the ground working gangs on site you will be reporting into a Site Manager and responsible for setting out and all engineering on the groundworks package for the new build recycling centre.
As Site Manager you will be responsible for:
Overseeing setting Out
Writing As Built Surveys
Doing Quality Assurance
Liaison between Site Team and Subcontractors
Qualifications & Equipment Required:
MUST have CSCS Card
Kit is essential
SMSTS is ideal
Rate: £330-350 per day
Either through CIS or Ltd Company
