Service Manager

Hoop Nursing & Healthcare are seeking an experienced Service Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership to a mental health service in the Swansea area. As the Service Manager you will be responsible for managing and supporting staff teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred crisis interventions that promote safety and recovery. You will be required to develop strong working relationships with external partners to ensure effective pathways and integrated support for those in crisis.
