Service Manager

Responsibilities 

• Supervise and mentor a team of electrical technicians and engineers, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of maintenance and upgrade projects on power substations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment and systems within substations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking with industry contacts, attending trade shows, and leveraging existing client relationships to generate leads.
• Provide technical guidance and support for troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns while providing exceptional customer service.
• Prepare and manage budgets for service operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
• Ensured compliance with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions for the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Minimum of [8-10] years of experience in electrical service management, specifically in power substations.
• Professional registration by the Saudi Council of Engineers
• Proven experience in lead generation and business development within the electrical services industry.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using project management software and electrical design tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
