About the job
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and calibrate biomedical and medical devices at client sites.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on medical equipment.
- Diagnose and repair technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals and end users.
- Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to support product demonstrations and installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers or manufacturers for spare parts and technical guidance.
- Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and industry standards in biomedical engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in medical device servicing or maintenance (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of biomedical systems, electronics, and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to client locations when needed.
- Knowledge of hospital safety standards and equipment regulations is a plus.
