QUALIFICATION: Diploma/ BE - Elec, Mechatronics (Mandatory )**
Skill Requirements:
● 2+Years of experience in a similar role.
● In-depth product knowledge
● Proactive attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction.
● Verbal communication skills in Tamil/Kannada and English
● Basic mail communication and Excel.

Responsibilities:
● Providing prompt service support for the assigned customers.
● Ensuring uptime of machines promptly
● Commissioning of the machines in the assigned region within stipulated time & minimal costs.
● Ensuring customer delight by enhancing their experience through prompt service and excellent coordination with HQ for customer related matters.
● Completion of work in the assigned time-frame and submitting daily service reports.
● Providing daily status of service visits to reporting manager and regular expense statements.
● Resolving complaints and concerns on phone
● Managing client accounts of the assigned region, develop good relations with client and regularly visit them to understand their machine issues , offer AMCs, monitor consumables and spares requirement.
● Demonstrating benefits of company offerings and performing product demonstrations & new offers.
● Meeting planned service & sales goals.
● Overseeing spares/consumables dispatch process of the key account and facilitating order fulfilment.
● Supporting Receivable Accounts Executives for outstanding payment.
● In case of no service call, service engineer should visit regional accounts for AMC, service and spares monitoring & offering.
● Travelling to other regions for service/commissioning activities on need basis
● Identifying opportunity for retrofitting our machines and competitor machines and recapturing cost accounts and retaining existing accounts.
