• Experience: 1-3 Years in UPS and Solar Inverter Segment.
• Qualification: 12th / ITI / Diploma or equivalent (electronics or electrical)
• Salary: As per company norms

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & commissioning of solar hybrid inverters, battery storage systems, static frequency converters, and online UPS.
• Perform on-site servicing, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Provide remote and field-based technical support to customers and partners.
• Ensure system configuration and testing before handover.
• Prepare service reports, documentation, and escalate issues where needed.
• Provide training and demos to customers and technicians.
• Coordinate with R&D and QA teams for product improvement feedback.

✅ Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of solar hybrid systems, DC/AC systems, and battery technologies (LFP/Li-ion/Lead-acid).
• Hands-on experience in IGBT-based inverters, UPS, and energy storage.
• Willingness to travel frequently for on-site visits.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and electrical standards.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language.
