Service Desk Analyst – Newcastle-Upon-Tyne – Part Time 12 Hours/ week – £11ph umbrella
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Support Professional to take up a part time contract in Newcastle Upon Tyne. You will be working in the IT support team, on the service desk, dealing with 1st line support issues.
This role will involve providing mainly telephone and email based IT support to internal clients.
Your duties and responsibilities will include;
– Taking support calls from customers and finding solutions for 1st line fix
– Taking support calls, dealing with emails
– Escalating more difficult IT problems to 2nd line
– Ensuring queries are dealt with in a timely manner
– Working as part of a team
To be suitable for this opportunity; you must have
– Experience of 1st Line IT Support
– Experience of Active Directory/ Microsoft
– Excellent customer service skills

This role is based in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne and you will be working 12 hours per week: This will mostly be Monday & Tuesday 5pm – 8pm and weekends.
