You will play a critical role in executing our clients' SEO programs and serve as an SEO expert within your assigned team. You will be on a team of organic experts, supporting a portfolio of SEO client strategies, enhancing great relationships, managing timelines and deliverables, and growing performance.   The SEO Specialist works closely with the SEO team and other team members to enhance our clients' overall digital programs through SEO initiatives and complementary strategies with other services.   Here’s what we expect from our SEO Specialist, with responsibilities broken down into two categories: What You'll Do — Deliverable Execution & Channel Insights Responsible for the execution of multiple client SEO strategies and building upon long lasting client relationships Works closely with the SEO Manager and Sr. SEO Manager, learning how to plan, implement and audit organic campaigns & SEO strategies that align with client KPIs and marketing goals Plays supporting role in developing SEO deliverable strategy for clients, working in tandem with SEO Manager Responsible for executing regular and ad hoc SEO deliverables to achieve clients' marketing goals, following SEO best practices, working closely with SEO Manager and Sr. SEO Manager Responsible for executing or delegating execution of client tasks according to tactical roadmaps developed by Sr. SEO Manager Understand the client’s industry, audience and goals and stay on top of industry changes, trends & best practices and search engine updates. Regularly creates insightful and actionable SEO performance reports for clients website(s)   What You'll Do — Internal & External Communication Helps communicate SEO deliverables and execution details and serve as a supporting client point of contact for SEO-related questions Join in creative brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the Sr. SEO Manager, other members of the team and SEO Product Lead in the continued development of SEO best practices Play an active role in retaining clients and aiding in client satisfaction through proactive communication, collaboration, problem-solving and issue resolution   What We’re Looking For 1+ years of professional experience in digital marketing or any related field; Agency experience is a plus Knowledge of SEO migrations Experience with Google Search Console Experience with SEO Tools & Platforms such as Majestic SEO, SEMRush, Moz, BrightEdge, Conductor, etc. Experience with analytics suites such as Google Analytics or Core Metrics Basic HTML and CSS competency Intermediate skill with Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Eagerness to deliver under tight deadlines Genuine curiosity that will guide the research to inform your technical work Outstanding time management and organization skills The ability to work solo and with a team as needed The ability to accept constructive criticism in a professional manner and to learn from edits Comfort with constant personal and professional growth   PERKS/BENEFITS PERKS/BENEFITS: Unlimited PTO Comprehensive health, dental, vision, etc plans Peloton digital membership Weekly guided meditation Monthly Team Events Paid Parental Leave 401(k) with Employer Match   WORK ENVIRONMENT We’re a remote friendly team.
