You'll partner with both technical and business stakeholders to drive the roadmap, enhance user experiences, and ensure the successful and timely delivery of features. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.You will report directly to the Lead Technical Program Manager.Key Responsibilities:Lead roadmap planning and prioritization efforts in collaboration with Product, Engineering, QA, Analytics, and Design teamsNavigate and resolve complex technical and business challengesOwn and execute delivery of large, cross-organizational programsFacilitate technical discussions and remove roadblocks to ensure progressCollaborate with fellow TPMs to manage timelines, track milestones, and align stakeholdersIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practicesManage cross-functional communications and resolve executive-level escalations effectivelySkills and Qualifications:Strong technical background with the ability to understand software architecture and systems designProficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana)Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologiesExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to influence across various levels of the organizationAn analytical and data-driven mindset for decision-making and process optimizationPrior experience in a fast-paced tech company or startup is a plus
