Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Specialist - Financial Analyst - Asset Management to conduct comprehensive financial analyses related to asset management initiatives and contribute to maximizing the performance of Qiddiya’s investment portfolio in alignment with long-term strategic goals. The role works closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to analyze performance metrics, prepare and present detailed financial and performance reports, and provide insights that drive investment decisions. Responsibilities include financial analysis of real estate assets, forecasting revenues, operating expenses, and cash flows across property types; collaborating with the asset management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance portfolio value and returns; monitoring asset performance metrics, identifying trends, and recommending actions to optimize portfolio performance; supporting asset valuation processes, feasibility studies, and investment appraisals for new and existing developments; providing insights and recommendations to improve asset management practices and maximize investment returns; and assisting in risk assessment by identifying financial and operational risks related to property assets and proposing mitigation strategies. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus); at least 4 years of experience in financial analysis or asset management, preferably on large-scale projects; strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques; demonstrated experience with investment performance measurement and reporting; excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial information effectively; proficiency in financial analysis software and advanced Excel, with ERP experience favorable; and the ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
