Senior Solution Architect for Digital Transformation Project

Function

In the function of Senior Solution Architect you will be responsible for designing, describing, and managing solution engineering to match it with specific business problems. You will be in charge of leading the work and introducing the overall technical vision for a particular solution or, taking into account your experience and seniority, portfolio of solutions. Taking into account the evolution of the Program, our client see this role to share responsibilities with the Enterprise Architect on the overall vision for the technology landscape of the future development. Your ability to work with business stakeholders on the customer side will be essential.
Being part of a Digital Transformation Program, you will be involved in developing innovative digital solutions that will contribute to better quality of life and health for the whole society. You will be involved in strategizing and supporting Product Team in developing new digital solutions for the
customer.
You will be working independently, taking full ownership of your area of responsibility, reporting to Technology Directory on one hand and Program Tech Lead on the other.

Responsibilities

• Collect and understand the requirements and existing technology environment of the customer (proactive validate if the gathered information is interpreted and documented right)
• Evaluate existing and emerging technologies, participate in technology selection for the customer
• Streamline workflows and think of process optimization by designing innovative technical solutions
• Create solution prototypes
• Structurally analyze, translate and document requirements
• Identify and analyze interdependencies in technology, linking existing environment with then new architecture of the To-Be solution
• Identify and document constraints, assumptions and risks
• Maintain timely communications to all stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
• Define acceptance criteria together with the business stakeholders
• Ensure the technical team has everything in their hands to succeed

Profile

• Proficiency in English, French and Dutch;
• Min. 8 years of experience as Solution Architect
• Min. 10 years of experience in Software Enginering
• DevOps experience
• Excellent organization and communication skills are crucial
• Experience in managing teams and coaching junior profiles will be considered a plus
• Experience in complex Business Transformation or Digitalization projects will be considered a plus
• Project or Product Management experience will be considered a plus
