Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable platform components and reusable modules using Python, Java, and ReactJS.
- Integrate and utilize Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), enterprise search, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Build, document, and maintain RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration across platforms.
- Design and implement efficient data models and queries using SQL / NoSQL.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
- Write clean, structured, and maintainable code across backend and frontend domains.
- Participate in code reviews, offering and incorporating constructive feedback.
- Diagnose, debug, and resolve application and performance issues.
Required Skills & Qualification:
- 5–7 years' experience in software development (full stack preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience building APIs and backend services.
- Experience with Java (Spring Boot basics).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database design.
- Hands-on expertise in JavaScript (ReactJS/Redux), Flutter, HTML, CSS, JQuery, HTTP.
- Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), enterprise search, and integrating with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Good to have:
- Experience building search and discovery features, or integrating enterprise search frameworks.
- Experience building and deploying apps using Flutter.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure and DevOps/CI/CD pipelines.
- Prior experience in high-performance, modular, or distributed systems.
