Please note: Our Engineering team is Sydney based with 2-3 days a week in office, in the CBD.
About Your Role
Our tech stack is Typescript, GraphQL, GCP, Node.js, & React.
We are in a stage of growth so will be hiring multiple roles in our Engineering team for Full Stack, Front End and Back End Engineers at Senior, Staff and Principal levels.
Being an early stage startup we value Engineers that have experience building products and solving problems in similar start up environments.
Some of the projects you might work on here:
- Launch clinics - physical locations are crucial for elements of our product. We will need to build technology to automate the operations at each of our locations - from ensuring bookings are running smoothly, to integrating with device diagnostic data.
- Launch new markets - work with engineers to leverage repeatable infrastructure to launch in new cities and countries.
- Scale medical operations - give our doctors and care managers the tools and automation they need to deliver exceptional member outcomes.
- Launch our customer app - work with customers, contract designers and engineers to architect, launch and iterate on our customer-facing experience.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- 7+ years experience as a Software Engineer,
- Experience working in early stage Product startups,
- Advanced Typescript, GraphQL, GCP, Node.js, & React skills,
- Customer obsessed - you care deeply about helping them achieve their goals and having an incredible experience with us. You go above and beyond to find ways to delight them. You understand the responsibility of working with peoples’ health and that success means meaningfully extending and improving quality of life,
- Relentlessly resourceful - you aren’t afraid to get in the weeds and know when and how to move fast with limited resources while still thinking strategically. You can find 30 minute solutions to 30 day problems, anticipate and work around obstacles and deliver results in half the time most competent people think is possible, and
- Incredible teammate - you communicate with kindness and enjoy the growth that comes from giving and receiving direct and honest feedback. You acknowledge your mistakes, know when to “disagree and commit” and care more about the team being successful than you being right.
