We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our (HLI Team) in Bangalore. This is an amazing opportunity to work on (SQL Server / Postgres, Python, AWS). The team consists of 10-15 members and is reporting to the Senior Manager. We have a great skill set in SQL Server / Postgres, Python, Angular, AWS and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in SQL Server / Postgres, Python, Angular, AWS, ETL.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in SQL Server / Postgres, Python
Experience in design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL Server and Postgres databases.
Experience in develop and maintain ETL processes that integrate data from multiple sources, utilizing Python scripting for data wrangling and transformation.
Optimize data storage and retrieval systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and enable data-driven decision-making.
Work with AWS services (e.g., S3, RDS, Lambda) to architect and maintain cloud-based data infrastructure.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring performance and security.
Implement data governance practices to maintain data quality and compliance.

What will you be doing in this role?
Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL Server and Postgres databases.
Develop and maintain ETL processes that integrate data from multiple sources, utilizing Python scripting for data wrangling and transformation.
Optimize data storage and retrieval systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Stakeholder management: Own relationship with product managers and establish themselves as a pricing expert for key product and customer segments in order to apply pricing and product policy to commercial deals to support the sales organization.
Product management support: Provide technical and business product management support for internal pricing system and tools, including creation and maintenance of software solutions (pricing calculators in excel or other tools) and pricing databases.
Understand market and competitive dynamics at high level for selected product and customer segments to inform best practice when supporting deals.
