Role Overview:
As a Developer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in developing applications in Mainframe technologies. You will actively participate in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications, contributing to the successful implementation of various projects'

Key Responsibilities:

• General Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and goals.
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using COBOL/JCL/VSAM/CICS/DB2/ASSEMBLER.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure software meets quality standards and project deadlines.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Solid understanding of COBOL/JCL/VSAM/CICS/DB2.
• Experience in ASSEMBLER is Mandatory.
• Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines preferred.
• Proficient in software development methodologies and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and expand technical knowledge.
