We’re searching for a Senior Software Developer based in Macedonia to join our Global R&D team, continuing to drive technical leadership and high-quality software development within our multi-disciplinary Agile squads. The Senior Software Developer will play a key role in providing technical guidance, leading design and review processes, and delivering scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions to support RLDatix’s Human Capital Management stack.

How you’ll spend your time

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize functional changes for high-quality deliverables.
• Producing clean, efficient, and high-quality code, adhering to relevant patterns and standards.
• Driving design and review processes, ensuring the best technical decisions are made within the squad and across multiple teams.
• Performing thorough verification and validation to ensure product backlog items meet high-quality standards before handover.
• Troubleshooting and debugging code, resolving production issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Establishing and maintaining standards for scalability, security, deployment, and operability.

• Backend: ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core, C#, Entity Framework
• Frontend: React.js, TypeScript
• Authentication: OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML
• Messaging: AWS SNS/SQS, Apache Kafka
• Cloud: AWS Serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, Event Bridge)
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), Azure DevOps
• NGINX: Web Server, Reverse Proxy, Load Balancer is a plus

What kind of things we’re most interested in you having:

• Extensive experience in software development, preferably in a senior-level role.
• Proven success in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-quality software solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of web applications, caching, distributed systems, scaling systems, data pipelines, and logging/tracing.
• Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly, leveraging strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Sincere interest in building secure, efficient, and scalable systems that impact healthcare technology.
• A knack for working collaboratively within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary Agile environment.
