Senior Social Worker – Working Age Adults Team – St Helens, UK – £To be confirmed Hourly – Full-time – 3 Months

What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive social care assessments and develop personalised care plans under the Care Act
- Manage and review case loads while maintaining accurate and timely records
- Execute safeguarding investigations to ensure the safety and protection of service users
- Engage in COPDOL work and manage complex 21a Challenges
- Perform Mental Capacity Assessments and make informed Best Interest decisions
- Support the AMHP rota as required, extending your working hours when necessary
- Participate in monthly supervisions, team meetings, and practice groups to foster continuous professional development
- Provide expert support within the team, driving collaboration and effective service delivery
- Work in a hybrid model, with flexibility to use a hub on Wednesdays and Thursdays and other Council options on the remaining days
