What you will do:

• Undertake the recruitment, assessment, and supervision of foster carers, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Conduct regular visits and support foster families with problem-solving and additional resources as needed.
• Manage a caseload with precision, continually evaluating the performance and needs of foster placements.
• Lead and participate in task groups and team meetings to develop the fostering service.
• Handle duty work, responding to immediate queries and referrals with a calm and professional approach.
• Work closely with other professionals to deliver comprehensive support to children and foster carers.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to the best practices and regulations in social work.
