We are looking for a Senior Regulatory Reporting Associate to join our expanding team. If you have a strong interest in reporting and making a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply. Our Regulatory Reporting team does seamless compliance and we master the complexity of diverse reporting requirements with commitment and adaptability.
In this role, you will:

Have the chance to take responsibility and impact the company from day one

Be exposed to financial / risk related data and have the opportunity to get insights in one of the most highly valued startups

Take ownership for statistical and financial reports to the regulator

Safeguard a sound reporting governance and documentation as well as monitoring the regulatory landscape

Assist in the quality assurance of reports and optimisation of existing processes

Support in the technical implementation and connection of the financial data warehouse

build strong relationships with upstream reporting functions and data delivering teams (e.g. Risk Management / Treasury / Accounting)
What you need to be successful:
Background:

A university degree with a focus on Finance, Audit or comparable majors
Skills:

Fluent German and English skills
-
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and experience in using structured approaches to problem solving with tight deadlines.

“Can-do” and “Hands-on” mentality and a focus on achieving goals

Ability to comprehend and narrate financial records for external stakeholders

Flexible and able to work with changing priorities

1-2 years of work experience in Finance and Accounting in a fast paced environment preferred

Knowledge of IFRS/HGB as well as understanding for and experience with internal controls preferred
