- Source candidates via Job Portals,Social Media, and internal databases
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate trackers and documentation
- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand job requirements
- Support and guide interns when needed

- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Familiarity with job portals & Boolean search
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Basic Excel and documentation skills
