Overtime is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team! You'll work across the entire Overtime organization leading hiring processes for Content, Sales, Marketing, and Social Media.

What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct thorough sourcing campaigns to identify high-quality candidates utilizing our job postings, social media platforms, career fairs, and networking.
  • Develop talent communities across social media (IE Discord, TikTok) to engage directly with content creators and talent.
  • Collaborate with managers on their hiring plan, ensuring a balance of efficiency and thorough evaluation.
  • Lead the full cycle hiring process; from job creation, strategy, and execution, to closing candidates at the offer stage.
  • Partner with the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to evaluate improvements to hiring; including but not limited to: AI integration, partnerships, training, etc.
  • You’ll obsess over the candidate experience, knowing that every interaction we have with a candidate is building our employer brand and shaping the mindsets of our future teammates.

Who You Are:
  • Direct sourcing experience with a demonstrated ability to build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of positions at different levels of the organization
  • Have a deep understanding of internet culture and brands that resonate with Gen Z audiences
  • Tremendous communication skills - you can write in a professional, friendly voice and verbally communicate in a clear, succinct manner
  • An intuitive problem-solver; you're solutions-oriented, and you're excited by new challenges
  • Exceptionally organized, never letting anything fall through the cracks
  • Operations-minded. You love building systems to help things run as efficiently as possible.
  • Passionate about building teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’re comfortable with shifting priorities and making things happen quickly.

Overtime expects the base salary for this role to be approximately $95K -115K annually. Additionally, we offer paid time off, benefits, and stock options in the company. The offered salary will be based on the experience and competency of the selected candidate.
