This role drives large-scale cross-functional projects from strategy to delivery, ensuring teams are focused on the right work at the right time. The ideal candidate is an organized, curious leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and can communicate with clarity and influence at all levels. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects across global P&C functions. • Define scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders. • Facilitate status updates, steering committees, and cross-team alignment meetings. • Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and remove delivery blockers. • Oversee project documentation, budget tracking, and vendor management. • Champion best practices in Agile and Waterfall project management methods.
