Senior Project Manager

Exciting new opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to work on high-end retail projects. Joining a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy you will work as part of an experienced team taking retail projects from start to finish. This role can be based out of their Ringwood or Bristol office, with travel required.

Role & Responsibilities of the Senior Project manager:

• Leadership & Coordination: Lead and coordinate all project aspects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Stakeholder Management: Be the primary contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.
• Procurement & Compliance: Oversee tendering, contract negotiation, and awarding, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
• Project Monitoring: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Reporting & Risk Management: Prepare project reports and risk assessments. Proactively address and mitigate risks.
• Documentation Management: Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Skills & experience of the Senior Project manager:

• Proven experience in high-end retail project management.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects nationwide.
• Valid UK Driving Licence.
