We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Los Angeles, CA, supporting major transportation and infrastructure projects such as the L.A. Metro Purple Line Extension. Position Overview:
The Senior Project Engineer will support the Project Manager and Superintendent with day-to-day project coordination, cost tracking, schedule management, and document control. This position is ideal for someone experienced in electrical or transportation-related construction who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process Change Proposals, Change Orders, and Owner Payment Applications.

Track job costs, prepare quantity and labor cost reports, and assist with quarterly profit analyses.

Oversee the project closeout process, ensuring documentation and deliverables are complete.

Research and propose quality control solutions and verify compliance with drawings, codes, and specifications.

Support project leadership and field operations as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

10+ years of experience in the construction industry.

Background in electrical contracting or transportation/mass transit projects preferred.
