About the job

Overview

Working at Atlassian

Atlassians can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.

Responsibilities

About the Team

Our Talent Acquisition Enablement Team is comprised of people with backgrounds in program management, operations, and technology. We drive transformational and continuous improvement for Talent Acquisition, with a keen focus on efficiency, technology innovation, operational excellence, and quality data and experiences.

We're hiring an experienced Program Manager with a proven track record in driving strategy and business impact. This person will work horizontally, connecting technology projects across the recruiting funnel from attraction through onboarding. The role closely partners with other TA Enablement funnel program managers, engineers, Technical Program Managers (TPMs), end users, and TA Leadership day-to-day. The ideal program manager for this role is someone who is passionate about process, tooling, data optimization, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Manage the TA tech release strategy and calendar with TPMs

  • Own the TA Service Desk and develop a strategy to enhance the TA support process

  • Configure ATS dashboard widgets and generate ATS reports for different personas

  • Draft or review business requirements to address TA problem statements

  • Align funnel programs and projects with the broader tech and tooling strategy

  • Drive the change, enablement and adoption strategy to ensure program success

  • Negotiate across many teams to broker commitments and program roadmaps, driving a high degree of predictability, re-baselining based on new information and managing complex dependencies

  • Communicate across teams, functions and programs - ensuring broad understanding of status, risks, dependencies, and insights

  • Ensure the teams you work with are setting the right goals and implementing those goals following standardized reporting methods

Qualifications

Your background

  • 5+ years in Recruiting Enablement, Program Management, Talent Operations / Enablement, People programs, or related experience

  • Experience working with large-scale sophisticated change and transformations, including tool implementations or enhancements

  • Successful track record in building, implementing, and delivering key recruiting programs and showing direct, positive linkages to the achievement of business strategy or OKRs

  • Experience in project management and able to influence partner teams to move towards successful deliverables and timelines

  • Experience building reports and/or dashboards in an ATS

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions

  • Proficiency in recruiting tools and software (e.g., iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout etc.) and knowledge of the recruiting lifecycle

Qualifications

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $149,400 - $195,050

Zone B: $135,000 - $176,250

Zone C: $124,200 - $162,150

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Please visit go.atlassian.com/payzones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
