What you’ll do:

  • Guide customers and partners with expert technical advice, ensuring the full value of Ivanti’s Mobile Device Management (MDM), Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), and IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping troubleshoot issues and coordinate the right resources to support customer needs.
  • Translate technical discussions and documentation accurately between Japanese and English, bridging language gaps and enabling seamless communication across all teams.
  • Lead or support technical deployments, customer engagements, and solution implementation projects—keeping everything on track, on time, and in scope.
  • Create high-quality Japanese documentation, presentations, and reports tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and partners, monitoring progress, resolving concerns, and identifying new opportunities for impact.

What you will bring:

  • Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken, native-level) and strong business English proficiency—plus excellent translation skills, especially for technical topics.
  • Hands-on experience with MDM, UEM, or ITSM solutions; familiarity with Ivanti a plus.
  • Proven track record in managing or supporting technical/customer-facing projects.
  • Solid problem-solving skills, with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills—you know how to connect with people and explain tech to anyone.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and keep documentation/presentations professional and impactful.
  • Bonus points if you have ITSM/MDM/UEM certifications (PMP, ITIL), consulting experience, or have worked in a global, multicultural environment.
