About the job

About Us

At SimplePractice, our team is dedicated to improving the health and wellness industry by building a suite of innovative solutions for practitioners and their clients. This includes your neighborhood psychologist, family and marriage therapists, nutritionist, speech language pathologist —the small business owners who dedicate their careers to helping others. SimplePractice is looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager, Reporting & Analytics to lead the evolution of our Dashboards, Reports, and Analytics tools and help practice owners make impactful business decisions based on meaningful data insights. • Use market, competitive, and operational data to identify opportunities for product enhancements, growth, and customer value
  • Unlocking reporting capabilities to meet the needs of larger group practices
  • Identify opportunities to introduce efficiencies into the client reporting product and process
  • Support the team in the transformation of raw data into actionable business and product insights
  • Partner with our Engineering and Data teams to ensure our reporting tools perform at optimal speeds for all our customers
  • Understand customer needs and market trends, and use that knowledge to inform product development decisions
  • Work collaboratively with Engineering Leads, Design Teams, Data Science, Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure roadmaps strike the right balance between business outcomes, customer needs, technology enablement and adoption
  • Manage backlog, prioritize feature requests, and create user stories based on company goals and objectives

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on reporting and analytics products
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering successful reporting and analytics products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product development from idea to launch and beyond
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, analytics systems, and business intelligence tools
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Relevant Field

  • Flexible Time Off (FTO), wellbeing days, paid holidays, and summer Fridays
  • Mental health resources
