Your mission : The Platform Product Team is responsible for a set of domains related to Operations, Regulatory Compliance and User Identity. We are the product team that work on business critical core services and applications. We contribute to operational service efficiency and secure and compliant user and transaction related services. What you’ll do: Be responsible for developing new products and features within the Bitpanda ecosystem, focusing on the domains of Operations and Regulatory Compliance Lead initiatives and deliver a cohesive product strategy for the internal services we build and the external software providers we integrate with Reevaluate existing products and create new innovative strategies Coordinate project work-plans, assuring budgets & deliverables Close collaboration with all internal departments and external vendors. Identify and mitigate risks related to product development, regulatory compliance, security, and scalability. Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices Who you are: 5+ years minimum of product management experience within a fintech environment with an outstanding track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch You have worked in domains of Operations and Regulatory Compliance before and you have elite organizational and communication skills You are very comfortable with ambiguity and will guide and shape product definition with your ability to balance competing/contradictory priorities, and your exceptional communication and presentation skills Excellent analytical skills and demonstrable experience with data-driven decision making. Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau or Qlikview plus knowledge of building and driving adoption of new tools Strong experience in large-scale, consumer facing web/mobile products and applications.
