Goose is building the operating system for multi-service pet care businesses—boarding, daycare, grooming, and training. Our platform streamlines operations, enhances the customer experience, and drives revenue growth. Headquartered in Chicago, we blend modern technology with industry know-how to serve an essential but historically underserved market.
In February 2025, we raised a $13.4M seed round from B Capital, First Round Capital, The 81 Collection, Imaginary Ventures, and BoxGroup. We're growing quickly and looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape our strategy and scale with us.
What You'll Do
- Lead discovery and research with customers who rely on Goose to run complex, high-volume pet care businesses
- Turn user insights into clear product requirements, partnering closely with design and engineering from concept to launch
- Define product metrics, instrument the product, and champion a data-driven approach across the team
- Contribute across the business—from onboarding to sales support—wherever product input is needed
- Help execute our AI roadmap by building tools tailored to real workflows in pet care
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS, FinTech, B2B or Analytics software
- Experience with API-first products and enterprise customers
- Interest and experience in building AI-powered features
- Comfortable in fast-moving, early-stage environments—able to shift gears, solve ambiguous problems, and pitch in beyond a typical PM role
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A mix of humility, curiosity, and a bias for action
