We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, design, and execution of Gelato’s product offerings. This hands-on role will focus on product development, roadmap delivery, and technical collaboration. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Web3 professional with strong technical fluency and experience building developer-facing products.
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience, ideally in software or developer tools.
- Proven experience in the Web3 ecosystem (blockchain infrastructure, rollups, wallets, or developer platforms).
- Technical background or experience as a software engineer; able to communicate effectively with engineers and understand technical trade-offs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
