Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead product definition by collaborating with internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Own and continuously update the product roadmap to achieve business and customer goals.
• Work with product, engineering, and research teams to define problems and develop effective solutions.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and market needs.
• Translate customer and partner requirements into impactful product features that provide a competitive advantage.
• Support sales and business development teams by designing tailored solutions for prospects.
• Engage with enterprise customers to gather feedback, understand requirements, and foster strong relationships.
• Mentor product and business analysis team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Contribute to technical documentation, maintain product wiki pages, and track feature success metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of product management experience, preferably with enterprise or B2B products.
• Proven experience in end-to-end product delivery and managing feature trade-offs.
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate edge cases without compromising overall product quality.
• Ambitious, curious, and passionate about innovating and building enterprise products.
• Ability to identify, quantify, and prioritize market opportunities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong command of English.
