Senior Product Manager, AI

MEDvidi is a leading telehealth provider specializing in mental health issues. We are building a comprehensive ecosystem of solutions and apps for mental health issues to help people achieve happiness and overall well-being. The person in this role will work on achieving our vision of an autonomous AI clinic, where patients receive standardised, high-quality service regardless of the nature of their issue. You will primarily focus on building AI Agents that can resolve patient inquiries end-to-end, for example, schedule a patient with a medical provider by using internal APIs.You will also be managing existing support operations to ensure alignment between the future you are building towards and operational excellence in supporting our patients. We are uniquely positioned to use AI to: ● Ensure the highest safety standards for our patients ● Ensure high-quality standardised processes around patient support ● Resolve patient issues and concerns promptly and accurately across four key channels (SMS, LiveChat, Phone calls, and Emails) ● Build a healthcare experience where patients feel cared for
