Job Summary:
As the Senior Product Manager at Phenom People, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and launch of our candidate experience product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that aligns with our company's vision and goals.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct market research and gather insights to understand customer needs and preferences
- Demonstrate proficiency in working with AI products.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategy and goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the candidate experience
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize and enhance the product
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
- Communicate product updates and progress to internal stakeholders and external clients
- Mentor and guide junior product team members to foster their growth and development
- Min of 4 years of SaaS product management experience
What You've Done:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the HR or recruitment industry
- Strong understanding of candidate experience and its impact on talent acquisition
- Familiarity with B2B, customer management, data analysis, user research, and competitive analysis.
- Experience working with engineers on deeply technical systems and scalable backend architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a bias for action and customer empathy.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from ideation to launch
- Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
