Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of our next-generation cybersecurity products within the Intelligence and Special Operations domain. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of these sectors, coupled with a proven track record of delivering successful B2G products.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our cyber offerings tailored to the Intelligence and Special Operations communities. You will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and government stakeholders to ensure our products meet the critical needs of our clients and maintain a competitive edge.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and manage product strategy and roadmap, deriving from a deep understanding of customer needs and personal experience in the domain.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and ensure continuous improvement. Be detail-oriented and hands-on.
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Conduct market research and gather customer requirements for product prioritization and specification.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate on go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure products meet government regulations and security standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management\ solution engineer \ product owner, preferably in the cybersecurity or other defense industries.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the government sector (intelligence\ military), with a strong understanding of their unique requirements and challenges.
- Strong understanding of cyber technology and ability to understand deep-tech products and how they work.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
