Your Purpose
We are seeking a highly strategic and data-driven Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and roadmap definition for our Managed Investments product suite. This role is central to our mission of becoming the most influential investment app in Mexico and the primary investment platform for retail customers across LatAm. You will own the strategy for driving strategy, product innovation, investment activation, and long-term asset expansion (AUM), working cross-functionally to optimize the entire investment lifecycle.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class wealth management solutions for our retail customers and position Bitso as their primary wealth advisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets, wealth management, trading, product proven track record in the financial technology sector.

Who You Are
- 5+ years of product management experience with a significant focus on investment products, wealth management, or robo-advisory services in a fintech or financial services context.
- English and Spanish fluency.
- Proven track record of driving measurable business impact and growth by launching and scaling investment-related products from concept to market.
- Deep domain expertise in managed investments, including understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation, investment advisory frameworks, and the retail customer's investment psychology.
- Advanced analytical expertise with proficiency in defining growth metrics, defining experiments and using data to inform product decisions.
- Experience with definition and collaboration of AI-based and personalization use-cases.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success leading large, complex, and highly cross-functional initiatives, ideally involving regulatory/compliance constraints.
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex investment product strategies and influence senior stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.

- Direct experience with wealth management or investment advisory.
- Familiarity with the cryptocurrency or digital asset ecosystem and their integration into modern investment portfolios.
- Deep understanding of Latin American markets, regulatory environments (e.g., Mexico, Brazil, Argentina), and cultural nuances related to retail investing.
- Technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science) with the ability to work closely with data and engineering teams on complex AI/ML solutions.
What You Will Do
- Define and execute the Managed Investments product strategy, building and launching solutions in the wealth management space like investment solutions, robo-advisory services, and personalization for portfolio allocation tailored for retail customers.
- Own the end-to-end customer investment journey—from initial solution discovery and to ongoing performance tracking and personalized rebalancing/investment recommendations.
- Design and lead the personalization strategy for managed investment products, leveraging data to create customized portfolio suggestions and tailored in-app investment experiences.
- Drive measurable growth across the managed-investment product lifecycle ( activation, retention, revenue) by optimizing the funnel from initial interest to first investment and long-term engagement.
- Leverage AI/ML to build out next-generation personalization and advisory capabilities for investment products, driving highly tailored recommendations and automated wealth management solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure all investment products and advisory services meet regulatory requirements across relevant Latin American markets.
- Implement sophisticated measurement frameworks for investment performance, customer segment growth, cohort analysis, and attribution modeling specific to investment product adoption.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Operations to deliver world-class, seamless, and compliant investment solutions.
- Conduct deep market and competitive analysis in both traditional finance (TradFi) and crypto/fintech to identify emerging investment trends and product opportunities for Bitso's users.
