Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Manage category plans aligned with procurement or sales strategy to drive savings, reduce risk, and boost profitability.
- Support stakeholder engagement and communication efforts to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Maintain partner relationships to ensure smooth collaboration and identify new opportunities.
- Handle complex supplier/customer queries and escalate policy issues when needed.
- Monitor market trends and assess their potential impact.
- Assist with building strong internal/external stakeholder relationships.
- Conduct structured sales meetings, identify customer needs, and tailor solutions.
- Analyze data using standard tools and formats.
- Pursue continuous learning, development, and professional accreditation.
- Stay up to date with tech, regulations, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Red Seal in a mechanical engineering/earthmoving trade.
- 4–7 years in a similar role, including 3+ years in a relevant industry.
- Proven experience in Mining/Construction/Heavy Machinery/Forestry.
- Worked in a large/global/multinational company.
- Strong skills in relationship management, communication, sales, negotiation, and technical support.
- Effective problem-solving, planning, and decision-making abilities.
