What You'll Do We're looking for a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant who blends business understanding with technical expertise to guide customers through their digital transformation journey. In this senior role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader - helping clients envision how intelligent decisioning can transform their operations. This role is remote, supporting North American clients (United States and Canada). Key Responsibilities Customer-Facing: Lead discovery sessions to identify client pain points, objectives, and success criteria. Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and presentations that tell a clear business story. Quantify and articulate business benefits, ROI, and solution value. Support the full sales cycle, including workshops, proof-of-concepts, and RFP responses. Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across business, technical, and executive levels. Internal Collaboration: Partner with sales and product teams to shape solution proposals and address customer needs effectively. Document customer requirements and proposed solutions to ensure a smooth handoff to delivery and implementation teams. Share insights and best practices with peers globally to strengthen pre-sales capability. Provide market feedback to product management to inform ongoing innovation and roadmap planning. What You'll Bring 5+ years' experience in pre-sales, consulting, or solution architecture within a software vendor or technology consultancy. 3+ years' experience in the financial services or fintech space, ideally within decisioning, credit risk, AI/machine learning, fraud prevention, or analytics. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complexity for business audiences. Strong relationship-building skills and experience engaging with executive stakeholders. Excellent planning, documentation, and communication abilities with attention to detail. Familiarity with enterprise technology, integration patterns, and data-driven platforms is advantageous. Experience supporting or managing software implementation projects is beneficial.
