Summary:

Are you passionate about data analysis and ready to make a real impact? Join our Maintenance Department as a Senior Operations Analyst and support over 200 field Maintenance and Set-Up team employees. Your skills will help us drive efficiency, manage expenses, and ensure smooth operations.

What You'll Do:

· Data Analysis: Use PeopleSoft to create and run queries, gathering essential information for regular reports.

· Budget Assistance: Help develop the annual maintenance budget and keep us financially on track.

· Expense Tracking: Analyze weekly expenses and trends to spot variances and opportunities for savings.

· Project Evaluation: Assess proposed projects for effectiveness and profitability

· Survey Management: Develop, maintain, and analyze data from field maintenance surveys using Perseus.

· Inventory Reconciliation: Perform annual inventory counts and analysis for all maintenance vehicles.

· KPI Reporting: Create and maintain KPI reports in WebFOCUS, working with a shared programmer in DZ (DataZone).

· Ad Hoc Reporting: Execute ad hoc queries and reports as needed.

· Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and adhere to company policies and safety procedures.

· Team Collaboration: Contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Leadership Responsibilities:

· Workflow Management: Oversee and streamline workflow processes.

· Training: Mentor and train new hires.

· Performance Evaluation: Report to HR and senior management, evaluate team performance, and provide feedback.

· Career Development: Identify and apply career advancement opportunities for team members.

· Conflict Resolution: Assist in resolving team issues and disputes.

Requirements

· Experience: Two to five years of relevant experience with a strong analytical background.

· Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and advanced knowledge of Excel formulas.

· Technical Proficiency: Experience using ERP Systems (PeopleSoft, SAP, other relational databases).

Preferred Requirements

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
