Colleen (Entrata) is changing the way Property Managers and Residents interact with one another on all aspects of the rental experience. Entrata is one of the leading PMS, managing units across the US and Canada. The AI team at Colleen is at the core of designing and developing AI solutions to enhance the Entrata product. As an AI/ML engineer you will work on generative AI solutions to boast our products and situate ourselves at the very top of innovation in the field of property-tech. You will develop the full pipeline including data research and analysis, modeling, prompt engineering and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Solution Development (LLM based agents): Research, design, and develop AI-driven applications, algorithms, and models to address complex business problems and enhance operational processes, while using LLM agents as your main tool.
- Data Analysis: Collect, preprocess, and analyze data to extract valuable insights and patterns that can be leveraged to develop innovative AI solutions.
- Integration: Collaborate with other team members to integrate AI components seamlessly into production and develop new AI-driven applications.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize AI models for efficiency, scalability, and robustness to meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and related fields, focusing on LLMs, exploring how emerging technologies can be applied to improve products and services.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of your solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and adhere to quality standards.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver AI solutions that align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience in building AI solutions in production.
- Experience working with LLMs - Local and APIs
- Proficient in Python with robust programming skills.
- Solid understanding of Data Science, Statistics, and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with a creative and strategic mindset.
- A collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills.
- Prior experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) challenges
