- We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to build and scale the backbone of Choco’s marketing engine ,
- In this role, you’ll own our marketing systems and processes, ensure smooth lead management, and create data-driven reporting that directly connects marketing efforts to revenue ,
- You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how our global marketing team operates — driving efficiency, accuracy, and alignment between Marketing, Sales, and RevOps ,
- This is an opportunity to take full ownership of a key function, work closely with leadership, and shape the company’s growth from the inside out ,
- Own and optimize the marketing technology ecosystem — including HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, and connected integrations — ensuring seamless data flow, efficient automation, and reliable campaign execution across all channels ,
- Design, build, and continuously improve lead lifecycle processes, covering lead scoring, routing, qualification, and nurturing. Collaborate closely with Sales and RevOps to define lead stages, SLAs, and handover processes that increase conversion efficiency ,
- Develop, automate, and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide full visibility into funnel metrics, campaign performance, and pipeline contribution, enabling leadership to make confident, data-driven decisions ,
- Build and refine marketing attribution models that connect marketing spend and channel performance to pipeline and revenue outcomes, helping to optimize investments and forecast growth impact ,
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional marketing operations initiatives, such as website relaunches, inbound process optimization, and global campaign infrastructure projects, while documenting and scaling best practices across teams ,
- Ensure high standards of data quality, compliance, and scalability, maintaining CRM hygiene, enforcing GDPR processes, managing martech vendors, and driving continuous improvement in system governance and operational excellence ,
- Build the Marketing Operations function from the ground up with full ownership ,
- Work closely with C-level and RevOps leadership on strategic growth initiatives ,
- Grow quickly into a Senior Marketing Ops, RevOps Manager, or Head of RevOps role ,
- Be part of a collaborative 4-person RevOps team including Systems, Sales Ops, and RevOps managers ,
