Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Manager of Finance to lead our financial planning, analysis, and accounting functions. This role is ideal for a finance professional with 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or hedge funds, who has strong financial modeling capabilities and, ideally, experience with Python and SQL. The Senior Manager of Finance will take day-to-day ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and financial strategy, working closely with leadership to support data-driven decision-making and growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Leadership:
Own and optimize forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling processes.
Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Provide insights on key financial metrics, cash flow, and capital allocation.

Reporting & Analysis:
Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Perform in-depth variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Partner with leadership to refine KPIs and drive data-backed decisions.

Accounting & Compliance:
Oversee accounting processes and ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors as needed.

Automation & Efficiency:
Leverage Python and SQL (if applicable) to automate and enhance financial reporting and data analysis.
Identify opportunities to streamline financial workflows and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
3-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, or a related field, ideally within SaaS, healthcare, or technology sectors.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
Deep expertise in finance and accounting principles; CPA or CFA is a plus.
Experience with Python and SQL for financial data analysis is a strong plus.
Exceptional Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools.
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.
Familiarity with FP&A software and data visualization tools.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 annually, based on experience, plus significant potential performance bonuses.
