Senior Level Person

Role & Responsibilities:

• Overlooking book- keeping in software. Ensuring completeness and accuracy of accounts at any point in time.
• Preparing Balance sheet under Ind AS framework.
• Ensuring GST, TDS, Income tax compliances and other applicable laws.
• Adherence to FEMA guidelines and required filings under the same.
• Perform general accounting functions and prepare financial statements.
• Finalize balance sheets and prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Preparation of CMA and other data required for bankers.
• SEBI LODR and other secretarial compliances and filings.
• Statutory Audit, GST and Tax audit experience.
• Preparing monthly MIS and presenting it to management.
• Ensuring all audit compliances and filings in time.
• Payroll and HR related compliances.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, CA MBA Finance or CA semi qualified is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Tally, and other accounting software.
• Knowledge of GST & TDS and income tax provisions.
• E-commerce reconciliation experience is a must.
• Proficient in advanced Excel (Pivot Table, V Lookup etc).
