Senior Influencers Marketing Specialist

Role Objectives:

The Senior influencer marketing specialist will be responsible for driving influencer marketing campaigns on social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, acquire potential customers, and achieve marketing objectives


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead influencer marketing campaigns primarily on Instagram and TikTok platforms

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers whose audiences align with the brand's target demographic to drive potential customer acquisition

  • Manage influencer marketing metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), M1 retention, budget planning, and campaign calendar

  • Receive campaign requests from various stakeholders and execute them in alignment with brand guidelines and objectives

  • Develop strategies to maximize the impact of influencer collaborations on brand awareness and customer engagement

  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize future influencer marketing initiatives

  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers to ensure successful partnerships

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing to enhance campaign effectiveness.


REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • 3+ years of proven work experience in a similar role

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok campaigns

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with influencers and stakeholders

  • Strong analytical skills to track and optimize influencer marketing metrics such as (CAC,RAC,etc.)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
