Senior ICT Technical Officer

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Senior ICT Technical Officer in Canberra. We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Experience in Desktop – capable of install/support of end-user compute software and hardware.
• Experience in Printers – capable of installation and troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Experience in UPS – understanding of Uninterruptible Power Supply function and installation/maintenance.
• Experience in Physical Network and Server infrastructure – base understanding and operability of network and server devices and distribution cabling.
• Experience in Logical Network – working knowledge of network routing and switching, including core concepts such as DHCP, subnetting, VLANs – or the ability to acquire.
