Overview

ATPCO is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with a strong background in video editing to join our in-house Creative team. This is a hybrid visual role where design meets motion. From translating big-picture ideas into compelling visuals to creating scroll-stopping assets, your work will bring ATPCO’s brand story to life across formats and platforms.

In Short

  • Develop on-brand creative assets across digital, video, print, and interactive media.
  • Lead and execute short-form and long-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative & Digital Manager and marketing stakeholders.
  • Translate written or spoken ideas into powerful visuals.
  • Maintain brand consistency while pushing for creative innovation.
  • Design assets for presentations, infographics, social media, and events.
  • Support team operations via project tracking tools like Asana.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in video editing.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Exceptional eye for layout, typography, color, and storytelling.
  • Experience adapting design across mediums.
  • Solid understanding of branding and marketing principles.
  • Comfort navigating asynchronous feedback cycles.
